AGA is driven to keep you and our families safe, not just during unprecedented times, but at all times. We know that our mobile auto repair service is your best chance of staying safe because there is minimal interaction as compared to going to a repair shop and dealing with multiple individuals that typically have less accountability. We have instilled daily routines listed here to ensure that nobody is infected with Covid-19 or any other virus that may occur.
AGA is solely operated by Jeff Adams, so you know exactly who will be taking care of you, every time. At the start of every day we will be monitoring our temperatures and checking all symptoms for potential warning signs of any virus. Once these steps have passed, Jeff will arrive at your home or workplace and be 6 feet from the door wearing a mask. Your keys may be left inside the vehicle if you desire and will be returned, sanitized upon completion in the same manner.
Jeff will begin by rolling down the windows to allow ventilation in the vehicle. If a test drive is needed, a mask will be worn at all times when in the vehicle. Once the work is complete, all interior contacted surfaces will be sanitized with CDC approved disinfectant. Then the keys will be sanitized and returned to you while wearing a mask.
We accept Venmo. Credit card payments can be accepted before, during or right after service through our third party card service. Cash or check payments must be made with exact change, no change will be available.
